If you have any spare time and inclination could you please consider whether they could do with an update, especially with their dependancy on the NE mod, with some of the roundabouts, rather than NE2.
Not sure if some are finding the interchanges with tunnels and or rails not working as they once did considering when they were first uploaded, and how the game has changed since.

I already moved on from T++ because I didn't like it's heavy performance load and how it roots into my savegames. Now I'm thinking about disabling TMPE as well because there are more 'downtown' intersections that aren't optimal. But on the other hand it also improves a lot of other traffic situations (like a lot less clogging in larger highway exits/ramps and interchanges). Do you happen to know an even better one? Or better just run without any AI mods at all?
You have Traffic++ or any other mods like this installed?
You can always upgrade the inner part to 3-Lane Highway and it will work much better.

Two way was in the context of the roundabout which, as Delana said, are one way.
