Ok so reading the title its a partial interchange... don't know why I would need that but... ok...

This is literally incomplete. Half the on-ramps don't exit. Like each freeway has 1 off-ramp and 1 onramp... You need a left & right... I literally don't know how to explain.

now that what i call the 1st interchange like this at 45 degrees well done keep it up
