The price of what exactly? The prices of some items do scale but it's not based on level, it's based on either running out/low of that item or buying some but not all of them. If you always buy all or none and never run low prices will never increase.

The price is a % to what level you are, the higher the level the % in price goes up. think it was like 1 or 2% increase in price to every level you go up in.

I am not getting any reduced prices from the vendor in the starting city but the weight reduction is a Godsend! Thank you!
