ААА НЕ Я ПОНЯЛ КАК ДЕЛАТЬ. Надо было скачать этот зип а потом заменить в папке SFM [Steam/steamapps/common/SourceFilmker/game/tf/models/weapons/c_models/c_Grappling_hook]одноименные файлы из зипа и все. все хорошо👍

to clarify, one that is basically the median's hose part but green and not disappearing if looked at wrong.

the model does appear in usermod but at the moment of introducing it to sfm it does not appear x(

Note for future users of the model: It works, but you have to make sure that you remove the other model identically named "c_grappling_hook.mdl". The model you get here won't appear unless you delete it.

still find it a bit strange that the 'hose' part connecting the hook to the grapple isn't in a straight pose to easily work with. I don't get why its already in a position

only a normal hook abears when I search for the model

I worked out that when you download from the link you're suppose to put the models and material files into the usermod folder not the workshop folder. Cus now I got it to work.

The model itself dont appear only nodes or bone whatever they're called. I've unsubscribed and resubscribed, followed the spare link to download and exstracted everything in it's place. The console says: Error Vertex File for 'weapons/c_models/c_grappling_hook/c_grappling_hook.mdl' checksum -1910303710 should be 259557982

I've already done the poster, the part was the only part in the shot to the crumpled part wasn't a problem.

i usually zero it to the handle and re adjust as needed

How do you connect the IV cable to the grapple and make it go straight instead being crumpled like it is at spawn? It's the last thing I need to add to my poster.

check your directory if this doesn't download correctly i added a mirror link in the discription which you can install in the usermod folder

did you check to see if the vmt and vtf downloaded and installed to the correct folder?

It doesn't give the prompt to overwrite. The actual hook/grapple mechanism doesn't show. the IV cable does.

wait the hook or the projectile because there is only the projecile launcher with the currently included hook

why not let it overwrite the file since this is a better looking model?

Uh yeah. The hook model NEVER shows because the model name for it is conflicting. Please change it.
