Hey could you update the shotgun and pistol sounds too? The vanilla ones stand out too much.

Oh, I see what you're saying. In my experience what gets overridden depends on the subscription order, so as long as this is subscribed to after any other mod that might replace distant sounds, these are the sounds that will be heard. Extraction would only be necessary if you wanted to use different sounds from each pack.

@TANGO You don't need to extract anything if you are using this mod with vanilla. If you are using another soundpack which replaces weapon sounds it may include its own distant sounds, thus overwriting the sounds in this mod. So if you want to use both you may have to replace them manually.

If it only replaces the distant sounds, why do you need to extract the vpks?
