New head mesh is done just need to retexture it and create all the needed flex shapes. There will be a new update in the near future :D Also I got a flowey model that will be here soon as well!

Uuuuh, so am I the only one who is having trouble downloading the model? Its completely invisible in SFM and it crashes hlmv when I attempt to load it.

I'm going to be honest, I am all for constructive criticism and I have responded pretty well to it. But you do not have to be an ass and mock it. That is the reason why I deleted the two commentors. I am doing this on my free time in between work and school because I love the game and all the characters in it and I know others do too. Anyways sorry for the delayed update currently retopologizing the mesh so it deforms better.

You also forgot to add the bump/phong maps to the hands, head, and feet.

It looks much better with the eyelashes. The only thing I'd recomend experimenting with next would be with the eyebrows. If they were black and a bit thinner, then that might really nail the Toriel look.

btw if you want to add AO (ambient occlusion), you just have to add phong and a lightwarp to the VMT

I was on Pixiv a little too much when I started this project >.> anyways I saw a few vids and everyone comments on the breast size during them so I am reducing them. I don't really want people to ignore the work that is going into the animations. Also next update will have better clothing textures and possibly an ambient occlusion map. I tried texturing fur on the body, but it looked really out of place and weird. Next update should be here shortly. Sorry for the lack of updates.

I didn't know if occlusion maps would work I am still trying to figure out why my transparency for the eyelashes isn't showing up in SFM. The good thing about all of this is that I am applying this info to my Frisk and Chara models. That said this has been a helpful TuTORIEL to SFM nyehehe! omfg that animation, as for the Frisk model I am going to be making them gender neutral. Also just a heads up I will be updating this model later today. I'll look into adding some normal and bump maps in the next update.

That most likely is because of stretched faces, I was modeling entirely with subdivision turned on. I'll look at applying that and seeing if it goes well.Also I'll try adding the eyelashes back in

Oop I just realized, she's missing something. Eye lashes, her sprite has lashes and what appears to be "fangs" on her muzzle too.
