This “Coat” looked dam good on Demoman and great to combo with some other coats. But all that just aren't happening.

Is there any way to update the equip region for this coat so it becomes sleeves? it looks reallly good with the veteran's attire and i want to pair them up together.

Now that's more like it. It would be interesting to see a "serious" style where it looks like an actual uniform, and then a "silly diplomat costume" style to what it is currently in the game.

Don't add the sleeves to it. It just makes look less customizable. The hat should be fine. The Hat isn't a Misc.

Since I don't see too many good soldier cosmetics, I really want this to be in the game. But I can't tell if you don't know what "Diplomat" means or you named it this due to the irony of the fact that soldier doesn't know how to make peace.

Looks a bit too much like the Team Captain and the snipers Golden Garment, which kinda spoils it for me, but their still really cool! And tbh the dashin' hashtashin and ethernal hood are pretty close aswell, so it doesn't really matter.
