I have the same Problem as StringerMarcus. I even lowered the spawnrate in the themes mod but this didnt help

StringerMarcus, I think you have to download a bunch of alternative 4x4s to "control" the growth of this building. Preferably at least 5 more, I would guess. Unless there is a code in this building that makes it a top priority or something.

Thank you, this is a great building but I have a question, why is it spawning like cockroaches in my city? : D I mean, it looks great when you have one or two of them in an area, but since it looks so distinct it's a little weird when you have like four of them in a single block... is there a specific algorithm that CS uses that puts this building on the top of the spawn queue? I tried bulldozing the extra ones but they just keep coming back.
