@Ernstbert_Fool: Probably not. But you can remove the unwanted props with mods like Prop Switcher or BOB.

Hi, first of all thanks for the many great models. is there a chance that you will bring the building out again in a version without trucks and fence? With the Building Spawn Points Mod you can use it wonderfully as a filling station, but the fence is badly placed and the trucks disturb when you want to build a road through it.

Converted this to an oil storage and petroleum storage unit for Industries DLC, works like a charm.

@mateenhms: I won't make this RICO as it already exists as a growable (see link in the description). If you want to control where it spawns, there's the building eyedropper mod and a toolbar mod that lets you do that. :)

I will pretty much only be using RICO for larger than 4x4 buildings, as 4x4 and smaller might as well be growables. :)

It'll be awesome if this becomes a RICO mod

@Thomas Kristiansen: No sorry. It's too big/too high tris count to really be alright as a prop. Depending on how you'd like to use it, you might be able to achieve that by opening it in the asset editor and make the lot size larger or smaller. :)
