This could be really cool to play as a greybeard or an old wizard. Is it male only or can you make an old lady, too?

Not really enough to warrant a download by itself, I say find a way to make wrinkles (Or other aging effects for races like Argonians and Khajiit) on all the other races to make them look older for those that would want to play as a seasoned old Breton or Argonian instead of one "Race" of elders.

Oh yeah what does the chick at the start say if you select the Old Person Race? Like for example if you play an orc she says you came from a stronghold, imperial from imperial city etc....?

I'm curious to know what happens if you get the Mage Armor perk in the alteration tree, or eat a homemade meal, as those were the abilities I used to add into the passive traits of the character.

Well Done. You could add city jobs, such as playable carts - randomly driving NPCs to and from cities. Or playable town jobs & market stalls, selling prepaired foods / jewlery / crafted items to NPCs. I would think they would get a power to build houses, and they can travel the world building and selling small, moderate, or large homes to NPCs.

The armor should be a pair of Depends diapers and give them glasses and canes to whack people with. Let them drive their horses threw shop windows and hold up traffic, then make it so they need to stop fighting every few minutes to go and pee .... LMAO. The possibilities are endless.
