But you don't want see missing textures of hands and faces, right?
So I guess you should download original
Or just download "Colorable Enhanced Citizens V4.1" with some better textures of faces and hands

Try reinstall addon (delete gma-file of addon in "addons" folder) and launch Gmod. Game will redownload addon if you subscribed

Doesn't work with the ragdoll colourizer. There is just a normal citizen shirt.

hey, i realised that your xcom citizens is messing with this addon, the female character bodygroups show up properly only if you have it, you should look into that

Addon contain ONLY MODELS for posing, not Playermodels or NPCs

I can't, cause I don't know, how to make PM and NPC. For NPC use Model Manipulator and color citizen. For PM - if you can make or request other people - go ahead. But I not gonna make PM or NPC.

All colorable models have different name. Example "male_07_colorable" and have other folder of textures. So it's not replace original Enhanced Citizens.
