I imagine it's because some people want to set up their first area without limitations, then proceed vanilla money from there

If you want unlimited money realy working then just dont disable the already made one, i dont get why you need to have a completely different mod wasting disc space just becuase of a "problem" that can be fixed by simply just not disabeling the mod

Mod working just have to think how :) my english is bad but i try to explain you guys how to do this . You have to start your game with both mods - orginal unlimited money mod from the game , and this one . Then you build your city and start making money . Well if you now making money you can turn the orginal game unlimited money mod off and use just this one . Your cash balance will be 0 not -100000000000000.

Either you play with unlimited money or not, because of course you're gonna run out of money when you disable the mod if you're city is not very well managed. But if it somehow helps you, go for it
