Mod still works. Makes all a bit easier but more relaxing as you dont have to organize so much trainings for your staff at the end of the game as they grow slowly with your company. Recommended.

I just started a new game and it worked for me. It is very small and gradual so you may not notice it at first, but it does work.

Can anybody confirm if this mod works. I bought this game 1 week ago and tried out this mod. I have activated it before the game by hitting ESC and highlighting the mod in the mods section, but I'm not seeing any notable difference to the game. How do I know it's working?

Difference is this mod gives skill for more situation than just designing games.

I realised i was using a very similar mod to this. The other one had my main character over 1000 everything by the new office. I will try this and see if it works well for me

I read in the comments that you dont get bubbles from publisher games, is this fixed or should I use the other mod that adds stats on completing games?

This mod won't get rid of the need for training, it's mainly a means of assistance. I often found myself forgetting to train my employees. This helps fill in the gaps.

I still expect that you'll need to train your employees, but by using this mod, they won't remain newbies in skills they've been using for years.

Sorry, discovered the problem. I had to turn the game off and on, then start a new game a few times. It started working a few days after I installed it.
