As a note to anyone:

I have been quite inactive lately due to my current computer not really liking planets. I have decided to take a bit of time off while I build up a brand new dedicated gaming rig! Will be back into Space Engineers soon!!

@DolphinDude3: I do tend to forget to mention how the skyboxes are made, thanks for the friendly reminder.

Also, I do indeed know it's the Large Magellanic Cloud just outside the Milky Way Galaxy. I gave the skybox that name for added effect.

This also isn't the edge of the Universe, just the Large Magellanic Cloud, a Dwarf galaxy practically on the front door of the Milky Way.

You should credit SpaceEngine in the description, I can tell that this was made in it and not crediting it is a bit rude.

I would love to be able to get the PNG Image for the skybox so I could edit it to my taste. I've been obsessing over black holes and want to replace the galaxy with Gargantua from Interstellar. Is there a way I could get the image? I wouldn't dare publish it for myself, and this is the best skybox I have seen for the game.

@Camulorix: yeah, the ships tend to have problems slowing down when they travel too fast

The planetary lander can't slow down in time. For now I'm going to use your skybox without a speed mod.

Great mod! I have one request tho, could you change the character speed so that it is a bit higher than the small ship, as I have lost my small space ship, because i couldn't catch up to it :steamfacepalm: lol

@JohnMC: I have updated the mod now so that large ships make it to about 250m/s while small ships and justpacks will make it to about 265m/s as per request, hope you enjoy the mod!

@JohnMC: yep, top speed is 250, but the game tends to make it a bit faster. I will go ahead and modify the mod so that jet pack speed is a bit faster as you have asked, expect an update in a matter of a couple hours!

Love this! but two things i've noticed: 1) is max speed really 250? because i can go 264.5... and 2) can you make jetpack speed like 10 or 15 m/s faster than ships like they do in others?
