I tried to play this with a modded character and it crashed on me, is their a possibility of an update that makes modded characters compatible?

The caves are a late game area now and will open up once you reach a certain point in the story :)

I haven't play in a long time but if i remember they are far from spawn and i think you just gotta go to the world settings when you are making a world to remove sinkholes.

I have been wondering, how does one get into the caves? as I am unsure on how to remove the sinkholes when the mod is active.

I don't really think it will work Pinkamena because when it go into turned based fights it stops time and can fights take a long time.

Huh i just killed dragon fly with a team equipped with only regal shovels and did not allow dragonfly to do one action. 9/10 Mod need more shovels :bomberrat:

i've just finished a playthrough with the mod and all I can say is... Wow... what an experience. it still has that same Don't Starve feel to it, but makes fighting so much more interesting.

Hey author, maybe you should add a custom character for the mod. Or, atleast add support for custom characters, lets say having a default stats board and any character that the game doesn't have a stat thing for, they get the default stats. It would be really easy to put them in battle, considering the fact that most battle animations are DS animations recycled for combat. Also, lets be honest, we all would love to see a frog kill ancient guardian with a ham-bat.

Now that you have Caves done, I'm assuming you're working on SW stuff for the mod, so maybe add a few new SW exclusive soul gems, like Surfer ~ An AOE Based Class that is very frail but can pack a punch. Traveler ~ A very hit and run class, can deal a load of damage to a single opponent but can die quickly if you arent careful. These are just a few ideas, but I'm still excited if you decide to make SW compatible with this mod!

Heya i got a idea to throw at you. What if you have like every character to have a special ability or passive to help them in combat, let's say you hit level 30 and you are webber so you can summon a spider or your passive that can make spider follower more powerful in combat.

Yes, in the caves you need to defeat the ancient guardian to obtain a key that unlocks the portal.

Please help! ;^; I've done surface "quest" and now i have to lurk into caves. But I don't know what i need to do there, find ancient guardian? I was wandering in caves and ruins for a long time ;^;

- Fixed another bug with soul bonding that stopped the soul bond effect being applied
- Fixed a bug with the Koalefant's 'Winter Fur' passive ability
- Your companions should no longer suffer damage from extreme heat or cold

Well, "story" might be too strong a term. Get stronger, find some allies, find a way to escape the world you've been trapped in. You'll find you way into the caves in time

Just uploaded a new version with a whole bunch of bug fixes

- You shouldn't be able to assess the caves earlier than intended now
- Using the glossary should no longer cause the game to crash
- Equipping the Thulecite Crown should no longer cause a crash
- Having 'Companion banter' turned off should no longer cause a crash
- Birch nutters should no longer vanish when put to sleep
- Hidden deciduous trees should no longer shed leaves while a combat was in progress
- The player character should no longer continuously wise crack when they successfully avoid an ambush
- Soul bonding should no longer cause a game crash
- Fixed a bug which allowed attribute bonuses from equipped items to stack improperly
