night sights are using alpha channel of diffuse map

So I tried to change the barrel black, and I did it, but the night sights stopped working.
All I did was exported the dm.vtf into jpg, changed the color, imported the jpg and saved it as vtf and replaced the original, program used for coloring was Gimp2. Do you have any idea where I got something wrong? Will make my own nightsights for it tomorrow, but it would be easier to just fix it to not to remove the gloving from the nightsights.

I use various mods of the M9 from time to time, but somehow I always end up here again. It's just so fucking amazing, love it. :insfist:

@ZOMBIECRUNCH actually, this mod does not include a world texture so it would not affect visibility at all.

@Niggarto el Negro of course I changed the shaders. Blue tint, extra shine, it took a while to get it to look right.

The way you hold your gun in multiplayer changes with this mod, like, when i equip the M9, my player is still holding it right-handed, but the gun and the hands are leaned to the left.Please help me with this issue! :steamfacepalm:
