That is a normal parking place without cars. The cars parking by itself a lot of time later.

You don't get itt what i want to know. Does the cars even park on the parking lot or it is empty ?

I've changed the road just I took the photo before. Well spotted. :-) The cars can park on the street, but it looks so beautiful. :)

Looks good but is it used ? I mean,does the cars being parked there instead next to the sidewalk ?
