Is this map up to date?

I am using this map for my new city. The map is beautiful. Only negative is, as in all maps, the bridges are too low for the cruise ships to go under them. Kinda funny to see the ships go through the bridges instead of under them. Otherwise, great map! Earned my thumbs up!

I am using this map on my latest YouTube build, having no problem with airplanes. Actually, I have too many airplanes and at the moment I have an airplane jam on the new airport (dlc).

I can't seem to get airplanes on this map, anyone have any ideas? I've checked and there are pathways

Beautiful map, but I get a weird stuttering with time acceleration on this map (tested, it's only this map) Every 5 seconds or so it "pauses" for half a second *for anyone wondering how it works after 5 years of no updates)

I like this map the most, but unfortunately since the last update (disasters). Everytime I start up the map, the game crashes. It will be a while before the map will be playable again I think.

Woah, this map is awesome, can i aks a question? How did you make the rivers? I mean how did you leveled the river floor? It's perfectly smooth and it has the same height for all over it flow.

Have one question though... trying to use canal blocks here at the river parts but seems the terrain is too low, gets flooded, is there posibility to raise it a bit?

P.S: works great friend, thank you again. did a trial with the dam, let it run for a few weeks in-game, and all was well. theres a tiny spot where it spills onto land (with or without dam) just after the island ever so slightly, but really not an issue whatsoever. appreciate the timely fix, keep up the good work mate! :D

@larryh00ver, I've just updated the map. I've raised both the river island and the plains along the river. There should not be any floodings now, even if you place a dam. Let me know if this fixes it!

okay awesome! i had just updated my previous comments, i did a bit more research into the real problem, i jumped the gun a bit. i noticed too that without a dam it was better but i really couldnt fathom why, thank you :D i will definitely remove mine and let things level off a bit. appreciate it big time! you da real mvp. at the very least i could always ramp up my roads around the forest area, the center island was my biggest concern, i freakin love that little thing. lol

hey mate, love this map!! but i have ran into an issue. there are some spots where the ground:sea level is whacky and they are permaflooded/flood from time to time(usually at night),the problem area is where the two rivers meet on the west side of the map, ground level is so low and cant handle the flow of all that water so it spills off everywhere

i took a few screenshots to try and illustrate it. i took two with no dam, one daytime and one nighttime, and another day/night comparison, using a dam (just after the large waterfall). both look scary, and theres lots of flooding , with or without a dam.

the area's in blue circles are flooded in the day pictures. i left the night ones alone because you can see the water regardless. The forested area's that are affected are flooded 100% of the time, as well as the edges of the center island, the rest only occasionally

@Fykkian, @larryh00ver, I've just tested it and you are both correct. Even without a dam, there is very slight flooding of the forest area before the bridge.

However, placing a dam near the waterfall will lead to larger flooding. The dam causes a disruption in the water flow, which leads to 'swaying' of the water that prevents it from stabilizing. The floods around the river island will stop fairly quickly, in about one game day. But the floods that occur before the highway/railway bridge persist.

When I initially tested the map I thought these floodings were temporary and rare, and that they eventually would go away. Since it's not unusual for power dams to cause some instability in the water flow. But these flooding seem to be more persistant.

I'm going to update this map.

@Fykkian: I didn't have that problem, are you sure you didn't make some error with the environment mod or dams or stuff like that?
