if you want a real knife go to australia or japan
...and don't give me no malarky about the hunting knife being the Bowe knife, either. Any American can tell you a "hunting knife" isn't even close to being on pary with an a Bowe.
Seriously though, great idea!
For a quick fix you can remove the AmericanKnives-CheatGiveItems.lua. It's really just for an example.
~/.steam/steamapps/workshop/content/108600/547817469/mods/AmericanKnives/media/lua/server/AmericanKnives-CheatGiveItems.lua
On windows it's something like C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\547817469\mods\AmericanKnives\media\lua\server\AmericanKnives-CheatGiveItems.lua
Or you can edit the file
Change 207 to 201 for the pageupkey.

There are two blank if statements for pageup and page down.
I'm using bindings based on http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/index.php?title=Key_Codes/Keyboard1&action=render which is in the comments of that file.
Conflicts w/ orgm
