All of the pebble beach assets are broken for me anyone else having this problem?

The larger footprints mod works just fine, but I will be trying out the Sub Buildings mod for the next course and I will probably have that course be a 1:1 scale just as an experiment. Any assets that are over 16 units long will be unusable if you disable the mod. Added Celtic Manor to the list. :)

love your golf course assets. would love to use them in game, i just have a questions. as you say they require the larger footprint mod. Question - does this mod work ok? I know it isnt your's but if you use it you may know.
