I think it would be a liquid weapon similar to Jarate. I just came up with stats for it.
Pros:Once enemy is coated in gas fire does x2 as much damage, Coated opponents slip and slide while moving and are 20% less accurate.
Cons:Weapon holsters 10% slower, 25% slower firing speed (throws slow).
This Weapon replacesthe secondary weapon.

Iron Gauntlet items have kinda a Mad Max look to them. Which is cool
