Is it okay if I use this for a mode I'm making, private or not? The gamemode is going to be something slightly like Guitar Hero, but it's not just going to be the guitar used. If you don't want me using the map, that's completely fine, I have no problems, I just want your consent to use it.

After a while of using the map, most of the textures become error textures.

map loads up fine, but after a while the missing textures texture shows up and everything just looks purple afterwards. I have HL2, hl2ep1&2, hl2 lost coast, CSS, CS:GO, TF2, portal and portal 2 so i should not be getting missing textures.
