I tested it now and it seems to work, but I might be an outlier. If someone else could test it I'd appreciate it very much.

As for your issue, I'm not sure, sound like two mods might be overlapping and trying to use the same spot or possibly you are already wearing a cosmetic.

for some reason when i put on the shirt its fine but when i put on the pants, it replaces the shirt and its like it isnt even there. im litterally naked even do im wearing the pants

yes, i know but the vault suit is a real suit that you can wear and actual item in the game, not a cosmetic and the thing is that it has no slots, its not a cosmetic

There is a little button in the lower left corner of the inventory screen near your character that will allow you to show your cosmetic over clothes.

i cant wear any other clothes, only this vault suit and if i try equiping an other piece it just reaplaces it

Yeah it's a cosmetic so you can wear clothes under it for space if you'd like. It was my first mod so I didn't know how to implement such things.

you should change the IDs, they have been taken for other vanilla unturned items do something like 99000 99001 for the IDs, it will take a long time untill they start taking the 90000 IDs :/

If you have a cosemetic on it doesn't work, that's the only reason it should pop up #NAME.

I don't have much experience with servers so I can't really help, but I tried it on a LAN server with a friend and it worked just fine, it has to be a problem on your end. I can't change the ID anyways because the other 40,000 people subbed to this mod wouldn't be able to spawn it until they figured out I changed it.
