You can find models in Q-Menu - Addons - TF2 Letters Models
If not, try reinstall addon: delete gma-file of addon in garrysmod\addons folder.

Could you please remove the sentence "Another non-success port - url blah blah" Yes these are probably better then mine as I've been doing addons for 6 days therefore not knowing how to upload them with physics (I know how to do that but that's not the point)
