So technically both are correct but... that depends on the leader. If Hippolyta was leading Amazonia then that's fine, she was alive back then. Same with her and Themyscira later on obviously. But Diana never lived in Amazonia and was born after the invasion. She has time travelled back once but that was about Trojan times. Which in modern canon she has lived through, 1940s canon, not so much.

Ooh, I can do this one despite the fact that no one will care. Amazonia was the original home of DC's Amazons before they left for Themyscira/Paradise Island. This is due to the invasion, enslavement and eventual escape of the Amazons who chose to create a new nation far from Turkey (Where Amazonia was located)

The island itself was called Paradise Island in the Golden Age because... Golden Age. Overtime the name Themyscira has been used instead but they both describe the island, not the city. The city in of itself doesn't have a name since the Amazons only really know of the island and it's their only city. Therefore it shares the same name.

@SerSmokeShop, There are conflicting reports depending on your source, but the way I understand it is the island is Paradise Island, the city is Themyscira, and there isn't a named nation for the Amazons. It might work like a city-state, according to Wikipedia, in which case the nation would be called Themyscira, but I decided to use that as the capital city, since that's pretty well-known. The DC Comics Database also says that Themyscira was originally named Amazonia, but I'm not 100% sure that's accurate, given the content of the rest of that page.

At the end of the day, the real question is, what else would I have called the nation she leads? 'The Amazons' is technically correct, but that would be like saying Bismarck lead 'The Germans'. Themyscira is the name of the capital, and 'Paradise Island' at least implies a coastal nation, which hers is not.

Also I've never heard someone use the term 'Amazonia' to refer to the rainforest. So you can at worst chalk it up to ignorance.

Ok... I'll be the one to say it. Someone has to lol.

Diana is Princess of the Amazons that reside on the Island of Themyscira. "Amizonia" refers to the Amazon Rain Forest.

Not the same thing but otherwise a good mod. Sorry. it urked me.

I wa looking at the first photo of the three you have featured. That's what I was talking about.

@Tiger Knight, I think the kneeling photo you're reffering to is from her Dawn of Man image. When defeated, she should just have the regular diplomacy image. As for not saying anything on defeat, I don't have any lines set for it, so unless the game has a default message, it wouldn't show any.

Very laid back. Did not seem aggressive at all. Said nothing when I defeated her nor did I see her kneeling photo which I expected on her defeat.

Stacking 2 production per turn makes your cities truely monster production centers! o_0

Way too OP, you'll be hardbuilding wonders in a singly turn!. :\

@iRho, Her ability gives every city +2 Production per turn. So, by turn 10, you would have total 20 Production, but not 20 Production Per Turn.
