I'm trying to get the glow particles from the frost magic to envelop a model. I'm using the "Paste as reference" method, but it doesn't change anything. Is there something else I need to do?

I can't really help you with that. But my recomendations would be make sure you are checking the "workshop\particles" folder and not the "usermod\particles" and/or restart SFM if they still don't show up.
