I am unsure of what the issue your having might be. i just tested this in my city and seems to work fine. make sure the network addon mod is updated for you. maybe try having road anarchy installed.

This doesn't work anymore, Errors with netinfo missing, which by my googlefu, is a problem with the mod.

its nice. for aesthetic variety I could see picking it up .. although I think it could be distance-optimized a bit, and the straight-ways could definitely be full width (since no one would likely use this in a heavy-use exit requirement when there are very high throughput and low curve radius exits available)
