You know if you made it so they didnt spawn on 1x1 blocks despite being way largere then 1x1 i would not have to unsub.

nice assets but since they spawn on a 1x1 square they keep overlapping with roads and other buildings. Unsubbed for now and do not recommend until this is fixed.

"Solution": Modify the "havel-12_con45Rou" (no need to type the whole name) asset with the in game editor, to change the amount of tiles to 4 -and 1 in offset- (The other one is unfixable by us).

Then go to:
content manager -> assets -> search: havel-12_con45Lin -> turn off
and then go to:
content manager -> assets -> search: havel-12_con45Rou -> turn off the original one, leave turned on the modified one

all of the angled buildings are 75% unzoned, causing them to always clip into other buildings or the road, for that reason- I'm out.

many of the buildings appear to extend their tiles, often overlapping or encroaching roads and paths.

I love the design and they make for great low level high density buildings but the aforementioned problems are just to egregious for me to use the asset

They pull up tp the flat and go inside, then the vehicle disappears. But the job does get done.

Thanks for your screenshot. I agree, I also think it's a big virtual dioarama.
The pedestrian path is already placed correctly, that should not cause the problem.

What do you mean when the service cars after they pulled up to the flat entrance? Like when the police take a stand?

Is the job of the service cars done or are they disappearing when the police are at the crime scene?

You're welcome, I'm sure it was easier than producing these assets ;-) It's fun to be able to recreate something you "know". Like someone on the web somewhere said about C:SL, it's a big virtual diorama. And the two districts I have built with your assets were a bit of a test, but I was very pleased with how lively they have become.

You can connect pathways underneath those underpasses. I was thinking maybe that had something to do with the problem. But I removed most of the pathways and the problem persists.

Maybe it has to do with the way I have constructed the buildings - some of them have become a bit messy and maybe they don't connect to roads properly. I'll try and rebuild one of the districts and follow the rules so to say. If the problem persists I'll let you know. But it's probably me.

Thank you for liking my buildings.
Your problem sounds interesting, how do you mean the paths underneath the buildings? (like a pedastrian tunnel?) As there are no paths underneath the buildings, some buildings have a passage to the inner courtyard.

Used to live in a corbusier inspired neighbourhood that had these long winding honeycomb flats, so I really love this asset.

Stupid question maybe, but I see the flats allow for pedestrian underpasses, which I've used heartily in one of my districts (really brings the place to life) - which is crammed with these flats. I notice that police and other services sometimes disappear after pulling up to the flat entrance... Could this in any way be related to the many paths that go underneath the flats? Or the fact that I've crammed 60k people in a relatively small area?

This is the only neighbourhood where I have this problem and I'd like to find out what causes it. I'm planning on building an entire city made out of these buildings - the once lauded "city of the future"... So I want to know what's causing the problem. May not have anything to do with the asset of course...

Either way, lovely addition to the game :)

Ich hab immer wieder das Problem, das die 45°-Gebäude mit anderen Gebäuden überlappen oder über Straßen gebaut werden. Ich weis grad nicht ob das Problem schon behoben wurde, ich hab grad einfach mal die Mod deinstalliert und neu geladen. Mal schauen - ansonsten klasse Arbeit, der Stil gefällt mir. Einfach typisch deutscher Plattenbau. :steammocking:

@ Pz.MAgnus-THX, about the request I will upload several new buildings, with this new buildings you can create a honeycomb town :). A special 120° piece I would like create later and release in a new package.

Could you make the Havel-12 45 left-in (internal angle 135 degree) with an 120 degree internal angle (regular hexagon). Only thing I am missing to make a 'honeycomb' grid estate.

First, thanks for your amazing work.
But these do not work well in a growable fashion because their hanging bits ocupy roads and other buildings. They should be RICO ploppable.

I wish the back porches didn't have the random different colors, it doesn't look good asthetically. Usually porches all match each other.

guy u can control the how to plant the buildings....... just need 2 mods. 1 is control level up cause u got to keep these buildings as a level 1........ 2nd mod u need is serch box mod. with serh box mod all u do is serch for havel...... after u serched for it and it pops up pause ur game place the buildings how u want then zone high des the dark green for high rises. make sure u pause ur game before the buildings start to grow and zone it also. then control the level up cause these r all level 1 buildings..... and bam u got ur havels

It would make it A LOT easier to use and the best if you could make RICO buildings out of this. This way you could control the stats and just .. plop where you want them. Would be really awesome.

You guys need to use it correct. It's alot of work but it looks really nice whn done correctly. Eyedropper tool and place buildings where they should be. Look in the description!

Some buildings grow on 1x1 place, and they grow on a roads and other bildings. Fix tis pls =)

I don't know if it's just me, but they seem to grow over roads, ploppables and other buildings. I onced had 3 of them phasing through each other...

Besides that issue, I love these buildings. :)

This set is pretty cool. I chose not to use the building level up or eyedropper tool just to see what would grow, and I now have a smallish district that keeps filling itself in more and more. It's kind of like a population generator. I'll play around with the tools to make it actually look good at some point.
