As for unit designs like for the strike witch itself perhaps asking other modders for help could be the way foward? Just an idea
In my game the Arms Manufacturer replaces the Barracks but still needs them to be build. In the end I cant build Barracks or the Arms Manufacturer.
@Miyafuji Yoshika, right now, I'm focused more on the 501st member states (Romagna, Fuso, Gallia, Britannia, Suomus, Liberion and Orussia). After that? It'll be hard to work with the nations with less lore to go off of, but I could try and make it work. Who knows? I might feel inclined to make an overpowered Australis civilization (Strike Sheilas?)...
Very creative and original in my opinion.
In another point, Are you thinking in make a scenario in the future?
