If cities maps had 5 gigs the game wouldnt be playable by a lot of people. its 5MB most asset maps dont even go above 10MB

When I build a city, houses and shops are built, the population stays at 0 forever, no matter how long I wait or what roads I use. No one comes, has anyone faced this issue, and if so, how did you solve it?

@mp5 there is nothing wrong. simply subscribe to all three, or four if you don't have the daylight cycle as well (also optional)

could you please upload the vanilla island only without the mods?

To download Rhinestone Island V1.0.5 you need Rhinestone Island V1.0.5 LUT
and to download Rhinestone Island V1.0.5 LUT you need Rhinestone Island V1.0.5.

an endless loop.... please fix this.

After reading all these positive comments I'm really not sure what to make of it but this map just doesn't work for me. I have 5 different cities on 5 different maps atm but I only have problems with this one. The first time I tried this map out, the whole city became sick in a matter of seconds and no matter how many hospitals I built, how far I put water stations from each other and what adjustments I made with the pipes, nothing helped. The second time I tried it out, all industries started crashing and now the dead are piling up and no one is collecting them even though I have more than enough cemeteries and hearses. I suspect bugs in the map at this point cause I don't have any problems with my other cities. Super weird.

@smokeymallard 4 things is not alot compared to other CS maps. Some need entire mods and saves in order to work. 4 is what, the map, the lut, and 2 assets? I think its a fair trade.

It's pity that this map has additional MOD-requirements, it looks interesting but i really dont like to add some additional mods to my game only to play a map. Do u can make it possible to get this map without any requirements?

Ok... this seemed really great and I really want to try this one out! But it requires a mod, which requires a mod... I wouldn't be suprised if that one needed another mod. Do I really need those for the map to work properly? (Rhinestone v1.0.5 is required)

This is definitelly the best map!
It has EVERYTHING!
Great landscape with mountains, ocean, lake, waterfall/river plenty space to build huge and cool city.
Map is very good shaped.... I just love it very much!
This map should be official game map!

This is one of my favorite maps! Since I'm focused on getting the Steam game achievements, I don't play it with any mods. I finally got to reading your note as to why there is little to no water current. Makes perfect sense now! The farther I get in the game, more sewage treatment options open up/ tiles open up and I am able to clear most of my swamp water. Love this map.

Great map. Lots of space for a busy metropolis. Best used with mod that lets you use all the tiles.
After I was done with this map I dammed the mountain lake then flooded most of my city, killing tens of thousands. 10/10 would recommend.
