noitall1, I am not so sure I mentioned America or compared it to other places around the world. I am sure I said something like "I did research in my area" because I know of countries who do cover medical, dental and etc. In America and other countries medical is a private business and the game does not provide this asset so here it is. If you feel better about it use the stock government paid asset and no disrespect... I really loved Canada during my time of life I spent there and the people I came to know.

The way it works in places like Canada, if you go to the hospital you don't need to pay (as much) because it is paid for by the government. This is also how it works in most of Europe. America isn't the only country.
