Wow WaKKO151, one of the original 200+ assets still working... This is a stock asset I did not like the settings for and nor the look. This was also the introduction of a new concept at the time "Privately Owned ". Answer no as it is a hospital it is a plopable.

Exactly what I think Dracko Rithermort! This is why I made a collection of Privatly Owned services including Taxi, Clinic, Funeral, etc. Thank you for your kind words my friend.

At last i always wondering exactly this "why is the city paying for private businesses"
I think city building games may have an option to stop the subvention of certain services, like public transport, or hospitals, and if you want to maintain it then need to produce income based on public usage

Mange99, you and I think a like... I don't understand why the government would pay for and maintain private based business... that said, more will be coming if people accept this Asset is researched and not a cheat..

This is great! I would love to see other items that would normally be payed by private enterprise as opposed to your .gov like the clinic and electricity and water.
