It's a shame the lightly worn version seen in the screenshots doesn't appear in-game, it's just mint and a heavily worn version for the "field tested"

You can not download such skins, you can get that one ingame for free on random drop, or on the community marketplace

Love realistc skins with backstories. Gives personality to the guns.

9x19 is a very underpowered cartridge for border patrol puproses, the theme would fit the SCAR-H more.
Nevertheless an awesome skin.
