The file size has been significantly reduced for anyone who may have had any performance issues. Otherwise, you can just download the low-poly version - link in the description.

Nice building, but 25 MB is just a bit too heavy for me to use, even though it's a unique.

Nice work! If you're thinking about doing any more Toronto buildings, may I suggest Old CIty Hall, Nathan Phillips Square or St.Lawrence Market?

No worries - I just wanted to see if that was intended. It's been said sometimes steam uploads will inflate the file sizes. If you have the time for a smaller file with smaller textures (I assume 2048x2048 is being used on all textures) I would definitely sub to this! I'm an asset addict and want as many low file assets I can get my grubby hands on. :D Thanks for offering to potentially release a lower poly version (I wont be hurt if you can't get to it for a while :D )

I apologize for the large file size. It is such a large file because the building is very large and requires high resolution textures. I can upload a smaller version of the building if you like?
