@Sky, yeah i know but i assume they will still only be unboxable during event which would mean unboxable during a time when only halloween unusual effects are able to be unboxed, thus no burning or beams ever :( I certainly hope i am wrong (e.g. voodoo juju slight return) but i fear it.

@WiLSoN: Valve recently posted on the blog that halloween submissions this year will be unrestricted.

Fantastic job! This hat is too good to be halloween hat imo. It would be a shame for a burning flames or sunbeams to never exsist. But again great job !!!
