I know another mod have solution for this problem and its simple seperating facemaps to two different model. So black people have black hands and white ones have white they two different npc with bodygroups.

love how far we have come, Black Mesa Source when it began development had the hl2 citizens as the BM scientists, now we have the BM scientist models as hl2 citizens. This is pretty cool
