If you die with this backpack on you cannot pick it up. I even tried with my admin character with unlimited carry weight and I could not pick it up.\

If you can't pick the bag up it's probably because you can't have over 50 encumbrance I believe

I have the same issue with not being able to pick up a full bag, I managed to "fix" this by picking it up when empty

how do i get the backpack? i have the lolialice backpack tier 3.. i cant see anywhere to get the frame or anything thou? do i craft it? do i find it? also can i add this to an existing save?
