@UVMASTER It's an old workshop item. May not be compatable with updated versions of the game, or any mods you may be running.

Note: Having a fully updated game myself, I managed to load this on 5 different occasions without error. I'd suggest looking at your client or mods you have installed. This is simply a scenario, not really anything that alters or enhances the base game.

@squiggybuggggggg These ones are fairly simple. Not really a mod or add-on. There are plenty of people who are much more inlicned to modify games like this than me. This is just a scenario made using the in-game editor.
