THe zombie had a gun and shot me and i had to wait 4 minutes for round start, incase HP doesnt regen add that cuz it makes more sense

Multiplayer only, on a server running Zombie Reloaded (through Sourcemod) and the set of Zombie Survival plugins (which aren't public yet and only exist the server from IP in the description).

When i spawn in (Offline with bots) the bots have weapons...
is this supposed to be played multiplayer or with bots?

I've already explained this, it isn't a bug. In zombie survival servers players spawn in either T or CT being unable to hurt eachother, then a player is randomly chosen and moved to T (zombies) while the rest are moved to CT (humans) and damage is enabled.

Although you can have some creative fun (for hide and seek, as it was pointed out) it's not meant to be a normal, classic map. It requires server plugins to function as intended.

heres some free inspiration

after exploring this map i just have a game in mind like where youre just wake up in this
abandoned city and or world with thick atmosphere (your map really has that). your all alone the game dosnt tell you what to do. you find a weapon early on melee/pistol. and this game isnt a multiplayer survival but a singleplayer horror action - (maybe sometimes its better to hide and or run from some monsters and or zombies but some original looking monsters would be better than zombies or maybe original looking zombies?) - game with a dark story (horror games are best at that IMO) and some clever puzzles and also the graphics from the source engine fits this very well thats all i can think of right now hoped this gave you some ideas.

I'm not sure how that'd work, but maybe I could give it a try, in the future. Have other maps/things to do before, though.

It's not playable in singleplayer, only works on servers with the appropriate plugins set up.

Unfortunately, I can't get it to work by myself. I am playing with bots, which means the bots spawn next to me and thus kill me straight away.
