@Feindbild: Thx, I am fighting with too much assets, so I am glad to finally know, how to deal with these and others props.

The fire escape will be simply not on the building :)

So, does it mean that if I use some of your Brooklyn etc. buildings and don't use this prop, I will get those buildings without fire escapes, or some error? Or is this only for assets editors and ploppable mods?

Die Etagenhöhe ist etwa 3,5m also alles zwischen 3,2 und 3,7 sollte passen. Hab mir mal deinen Gebäude angesehen, sehen echt gut aus :). Wenn du die Gebäude auch vom Straßenabstand anpassen möchtest: Meine Gebäude beginnen immer 1m vor der Lotgrenze, sprich ein 2x2 Eckgebäude hat den Grundriß 15x15 Meter, mit jeweils 1m Abstand zu beiden Straßen.

Könntest du mir mal Meterangaben zu den Etagen machen? Habe vor ähnliche Gebäude für das "Luxussegment" Lv 4,5 vllt auch noch 3 zu machen und fände es geil wenn die Dinger zu deinen passen würden.

You plan to make a fire escape more longer? 5-6 floors. Or this escape but without the lower straight staircases for seamless connection of several props
