Looking what broke my Morning Sun mod after playing for about 10 turns. Take forever to nail down it is these mods that touching extra level up like this one or double experience. I still testing tho so not sure these are only one causing the issue but turn off this mod and another one seem to work

Doesn't work in DarthMod, but you could edit it with File Pack Menager. It's line:

darthmod_shogun.pack/db/character_experience_skill_tiers_tables

It changes agents in both the vanilla Shogun 2 campaign as well as the fall of the samurai campaign.

You must have a conflicting mod then. Try unchecking all your other mods and load only this one. Any other mod that alters agents is likely to conflict. I just used it today in FOTS and it works just fine.

Aye, thanks. Just to clarify, the most recent mod I installed was the otomo/tokugawa modern units mod. The problem has been resolved.

As a follow up, just try to uncheck various mods at start up and test if any are affecting it. The mod won't apply retroactively, so you'll want to make a saved game right before you perform an action that will level up the agent. Then uninstall other mods and load the game and level up the agent and see how many skill points they get. It's important to note that in Fall of the Samurai, this mod does not apply 3 points at every level, only some of them for balance reasons. That is explained in more detail in the mod description.

Did you install any new mods? Most likely some other mod is conflicting with it. Anything that affects agents is a likely candidate but it could be almost anything if the modder made their mod sloppy and left in unneeded tables.
