The description even says "it is a dumb, short map.".
If you still downloaded and played it it is your fault buddy.
Stop crying and do something productive.
Back when i made levels i didn't release a map until it was in a state that i was satisfied with.
If i wasn't satisfied with it i put it on the shelv for later improvement.
The majority of "mappers" did not share this principle and because of it i had to sift through piles of crap to find the good maps.
Maybe when you become a great level designer you can release this "dumb, short map" as a piece of your history but until then spare us the trash.
take my advice. im not asking for your approval.
