FYI -- This mod has been included in my Problem Mods and Assets collection with explanation.

The ingame mouse light is to laugh at. It makes me wonder what where they thinking or how hard could it be to se the radius higher and the intensity higher too.

Hello. I suspect I have the same issue as BillyShabindigo - the button has disappeared for me, though in my case I guess I had it disabled, so now I can't turn it on. I suspect there's a mod conflict somewhere since I have about a million of them. :)

Would it be possible to add a (perhaps configurable) keyboard shortcut?

I don't see that button for this, and, as of now, it's always on with now way for me to control it.

Got the same problem like @zampa. I guess the "EML" button messes up the font size. Plz fix this!!

another suggestion that: instead of 1 big light, perhaps add possibility to add like 4 (or more lights) separated from each other, so you get someone more "natural" light instead of a spotlight.

It would be nice if the light could also be active during dusk or dawn.

Loved the mod so far, but since the last update it's messing up the interface, mostly within other mods like TLM or MOM. Unsubscribing EML solved the issue, so I assume the problem lies here. I'd love to see this fixed since building in complete darkness is a pain in the ass.

Thanks for the comments, i've updated the mod again.
Now you can move the button(just click and drag).

I haven't played for a while and just come back to the game.... Already used this mod (very useful, thanks to the creator) along with another one: simple clock.
Now the clock and the button (EML) are exactly at the same place and I can't see the clock any longer...
I just read the messages beneath, and don't quite understand... is the button movable? If yes I didn't find the way (or don't remember if I once could...).
Anything to do??

Moved the button, added range slider and light type selector.
If it's not working for you please try without other mods enabled and post if you at least see the EML button on the bottom right corner.

Can some one remind me how to move the EML button, I moved it too my toolbar now it seems to be stuck..

Durchaus nützlich, aber schön wäre es, wenn man die Funktion InGame per Tastendruck ein- und ausschalten könnte. Während dem normalen Spielverlauf stört es mich persönlich nämlich und nur wenn ich baue, bräuchte ich mehr Licht. Somit leider wieder deaktiviert, nichtsdestotrotz aber eine sehr gute Idee und es sieht auch sehr gut aus.

Sorry for not answering and updating this mod for a long time. I don't have a computer that runs the game anymore so i can't test, but the source code is included in the mod in case anyone wants to update it.

This mod no longer produces as much light even at the highest setting. :(

It works well but as others are saying, please remove the button!

The mods icon obscures the new cinematic view button.

At this time, this mod works well indeed.

Ensure that you haven't turned the light to off by clicking on the EML button at bottom right corner.

Also, check that the intensity setting, and the R G B sliders aren't set to 0.

for some reason it was working but loaded some mods and it quit. Unfortunatly I don't remember which mods I added when it quit. So I would say it might be a mod conflict.

Hey hi, it would be nice if you can enable and disable it ingame. So if you need it to build , and it is night you can enable it.
But when its daylight or you just making other things, you can turn it off. Instead flood your city with light. To relax and have a quite nice look on your City at night.
(I didn´t test it, so if it allready include these feature i am sorry)

EML toggle button positioning doesn't play nice with other mods: it goes on top of other buttons, and its position gets really weird when UI scale is changed.
