If I may be so bold, I would like to suggest a new leader mod for you to consider. You have already done Napoleon III (France). Abraham Lincoln (USA), Victoria (GB) and Jefferson Davis (CSA) are available. So how about considering an Emperor Maximilian I (Mexico) to see if the USA will really try to enforce the Monroe Doctrine while having to worry about fighting the CSA? And, if they do, will it bring about undesirable political consequences (official recognition of the CSA) with Britain and France at worst, or open sales of military goods and naval ironclads at the least? Just a thought for you to toy with if you are interested.

Do you know of any mods which might conflict w/this mod? In some games, for no apparent reason, I am not given any options after taking a city. Sort of hard to get 5 puppeted cities (Events & Decesions) if all the cities I conquer are made automatically annexed.

Très joli travail qui réhabilite le rôle de Napoléon III dans le passage d'une France rurale à une France moderne. J'aime beaucoup l'idée des grandes écoles même si elles sont nées pour la plupart sous Napoléon I.
Il faudrait maintenant modder Otto Von Bismarck autour du thème de la réunification de l'Allemagne avec par exemple le canon Krupp comme troupe unique.

Very nice work to rehabilitate the role of Napoleon III in the transition from a rural to a modern France. I love the idea of the great schools even if they were born under Napoleon I.
It should now create mod with Otto Von Bismarck around the theme of the reunification of Germany with for exemple Krupp cannon as a unique unit.

I play only in multiplayer with a MODPACK create with other friends and I have no problem.^

Awesome mod bringing to light one of the greatest french ruler ! :)

He wasn't a loser :) It's extremely simplistic to rate a ruler based purely on the military or indeed in your case the Battle of Sedan where he was captured. The reality is he transformed the french economy and brought france into the industrial revolution, built the railroads, oversaw the transition from a rural to an industrial city based enconomy, facitiltated a revolution in engineering, and transformed the political system too. That a single lost battle should class him as a loser is simply not so.

@Jeremi: That sounds strange. It works for me (as I'm currently playing as Napoleon III with Cultural Diversity). The problem might be somewhere else. Is the mod of latest version?

I've checked it and unfortunately it doesn't get the starting bonus from JFD's Cultural Diversity mod that Napoleon I gets, hence putting it at a disadvantage compared to other Civs that the mod supports.

holy shine, looking at the first thoughts of this culture/dom hybrid, the aesthetics were presented well, in my opinion, as how shiny Napoleon III looks.

I have been startled by the fact that FINALLY there is a mod for Napoleon the Third. As a History Major, I have found this Man and his era completely fascinating. No he isn't the best Leader France had, but damn did he have an Interesting time ruling. Very Nice!
