@chris use the "clip" option in the surface painter mod to cut out unwanted concrete areas.

I love this building so much, the colours at night really create a beautiful skyline. However, the concrete at the back can sometimes look a bit weird when it's surrounded by other 2x3 buildings that use full use of the tiles.

fits well in some spots, so i'll keep it subscribed, but usually i end up bulldozing most instances. just too low quality model/textures...

@Canadian Bacon I have two other models I know I have to fix as well. The game has a very strange way of reading illumination maps. I'll have them fixed soon.

I am all for more Art Deco buildings in CS. Having grown up near Cincinnati, it's one of the more familiar styles to me.

Now, if only somebody'd mod in Union Terminal...

@TPB I think as of now we can only use vanilla buildings for commercial specialization. Until Colosal Order separate them into categories.

Question, were you able to find a Tourism template to use for this building, in Asset Editor? Or is it just a commercial(no specialization) building?

Love it!I have a question for you. Are you going to update your first two buildings for after dark as well, because I also have those buildings in my city and it would be great to see them light up my citiy's skyline?
