Placing it below mods and removing a troublesome startpos mod (easier minor victory conditions) made this mod work. No trespass penalty in diplomacy screen, 10/10.

Seems to not work, sadly. Positioning it above all other gameplay mods, still accruing the trespass penalty each turn.

It should still be working for the main campaign. Try disabling all mods then reenabling them again.

Hey is there a way you can make this like no penalyt for your allies only ? Get trespassing penalyt for neutrals but not with factions with alliances ? probably you tried this but just asking . They didn't fix this bug even though reported 1 year ago, https://forums.totalwar.com/discussion/149993/horde-military-access/p1

Hey DJPenguin. Is it possible you could upload the "No Trespass Penalty" to moddb or somewhere else?
I got the retail Box-version of Attila, sadly not on steam, so i'm not able to download your mod.
I like playing as horde, but there is a bug, that gives you penalty, even if i'm military allies with some factions.
