I doubt I will ever make any future changes to this as I neither make maps nor play garry's mod anymore.

I completely understand how the tree can be annoying, but it does serve a purpose.
I added the tree as a reference point for the center of the map so you don't find yourself randomly crashing into the walls (which are admittedly way too close to the middle of the map.)

In other words, I don't think I could just reinstall hammer, delete the tree, compile, and then upload it without putting any more actual work into it. Perhaps if it was that easy, I wouldn't mind.

i hope not to sound like a ahole but will you make a version of this map without the tree?

This reminds me of the part of the Water Temple in Ocarina of Time where Link fights Dark Link.

You are correct, Valve did not MAKE gmod... but they made the engine and most of the content.

The name even suggests that it is just Garry Newman's half-life 2 mod
