For anyone still interested, all mods that affect leader customization cause "stuck on the loading screen" bug. The only guaranteed way to fix that that I've found is to make sure the path to your mod folder is in English only, inlcuding your PC user name.

any chance for a patch with the Archon and Tiefling Races Mod?

@Aspect can you please add in some helmets to the game, that would match the warlord or dreadnought's armor? I really want a good looking, full face helmet that has the same color scheme as my warlord's armor.

So what happens without the DLC? Does the loading screen get stuck or something?

This mod doesn't work, it gets stuck in the loading screen before main menu when you launch the game.

can you either add hairstyles or fix the ones for the Frostlings. Serveral of their hairstyles especially on male frostlings glitch through their forehead and make it look like they're balding or more bald than the hair should.

So.... how come no hairstyles for Draconian males. something combining horns and Hair.

Mod is working perfectly for me and a friend, but another friend gets stucked in the loading screen, like many other people said.

Your mod morphs the bodies to fit the clothes. An orc woman with necromancer clothes will have the arms of an elf for example. The elves look worse, as if they have anorexia.

This still works just fine. HOWEVER it needs to be restated there are multiple mods incompatible with this one.

I notice this mod's functionality is completely disabled whenever I'm also using either version of Tanksy's Character Creator mod. Others have been causing loading/freezing issues due to incompatibilities with other mods, but I haven't encountered that myself.

Which file did you alter? I want to add compatability for the Archon mod.

I don't know if you can do this or not, But would it be possible to add wings for draconians? It's always bugged me that there are draconian flyers bur your leader doesn't even have wings. You wouldn't need to try and change the skills or anything just something cosmetic like decodence's demon wings... but you know less demon and more dragon.

The duplicated ones are the ones that don't have the fog foreground at the ground; so they aren't exact duplicates.

It's been quite long since I did this so I don't remember how modding for this game works so I can't help you there.

Does the Tigran's female Eqyptian style robe not work with all races? It should be outfit 23+24 on the Tigran Female but will not appear on other races (it ends at outfit 22 with no other mods on human female).

The AOW launcher package manager can only manage so much data at once when you click "update" , so if you try and install lots of mods all at once, with one "update" click it often develops error. You have to do it one big mod at a time, or a few small mods at a time.

I wish it was that; my laptop has the freeze bug with either just my mod or Decodence Leaders on. Any of the two will trigger it.

Never could figure out why, which is a shame as I'd love to play this game in my laptop, but I don't want to not use my mod.

@Rohzdear -- It's possibly due to the Ids overlapping or something. I advise you to not use my mod anyway, it's not well made and I probably won't have time to redo it.

This doesn't seem to work for me - likely some conflict with other mods i'm using.

For people crashing, are you guys using Decodence Leaders? I thought this mod was causing the game to crash, but I tested it quite a bit and it was actually Decodence that was doing it. This mod works for me, but Decodence leaders is the one that kept crashing.

I cannout find any of the outfits that Decodence apparently adds and restores (they can be seen in the Mod picutres). I'm also having trouble with Tansky's Leader Customization, since it adds alot of new options for the leaders, but overrides the changes from this mod and Decodence, like hair types and backgrounds.

What exactly is the incompatibility? It should be possible to fix by opening all the mods in the editor and making sure nothing is overwritten. However its been a long time since a modded for this game so i don't remember exactly how to do it.

Is there a way to make Decodence Leaders compatible with this? MY game doesn't crash, but I am missing certain things that should appear in each mod.
THis is also a problem I have with another mod that adds new things for leader, and It's really frustrating that I can't use them together.

If I enable this mod in user created content, then the game freezes on the first loading screen. Even if this is the only mod I enable.

It is known, this problem seems to happen with mods that modifies leaders. I have it happening on my laptop and not on my desktop. Same error happens for Decodence - Leader Customizations.

Never could find out what the cause is.

Having toggled various mods off and on one at a time, and having tried only one mod at a time, I can't get past the startup loading screen if I have this mod active. Not sure if an issue on this mods end or mine, but I figured I'd toss it out there.

To be fair i dont know how to make these, i just got them from other races and applied to these races, so it wasnt anything new that i made. Only thing that was annoying was to reposition and resize the hairs so they fit on the head shape of these races better.

We need new hairstyles, skin texture, eyes, etc. for the new race. Would you be interested to help with that? Yes, I had a chat in the forum as well. They are very friendly and respond quickly, but they can't support mods. They're gonna have a look at my dxdiag file now, though.

I ran into the same problem with my Windows 10 laptop, any mod that changed the leader made the game freeze at the loading screen, i still don't know why it happens, it works fine on my desktop.

Strange. I just installed AoW 3 on a new system and it kept freezing at the loading screen. Tried reinstalling with wiping everything and it still wouldn't work. Turns out this mod was the culprit. Can't start the game when it's activated, even with all other mods disabled. Any idea why this is?
