@mquaale - should be - it doesn't recognize weight or anything specific. The only way it wouldn't be is if the Rebalanced Mod uses a different item number, like they make one up.

Is this mod stackable with the Rebalanced Blackpearls mod(makes black pearls the same weight as silica pearls)?

OOo- many things can cause that:
From incorrect syntax, incorrect configuration variables being used, or incorrect values being used to read/write permissions and even more.

Whenever i add the config to the .ini and restart the non-dedicated server, the .ini just keeps resetting and removing the added config settings

@Phae, its because your using S+ large crop plots. You have to use vanilla ones, or you can edit the recipe to use S+ versions. Just easier to use the vanilla ones tho. Only replying in case someone else has this issue

You've never been able to put white pearls in it. Just leave them in it. Its not pointless. And if you think because the pulling system of S+ will pull them out you can make how ever many pearl beds you want and name them with a * in the name to prevent S+ from pulling from them so you will have dedicated black pearl beds.

It worked when I used s plus table to undo it and make it plain. Thanks for all the help and replies.

@Phae- sounds like there might be another mod messing with the plots perhaps. I’ve not heard of anyone having that problem before.

I am on a server that has this mod but I cannot make it. I have made 20 large plots and it still says I need the large plot. Is there a trick to this?

Bug prevents you from putting pearls into bed to produce black pearls. White pearl generation still works, but when you get to Tek tier this becomes less helpful.

Yeah - I have a rather over the top rig.. the shine of the reflective water makes it looks like that from that angle. If you're running it in the server, you should see it's crafting cost...

@MasterTenchiTTV I'm curious if the graphic settings was set to max because it looks a bit weird (the preview picture), and what's the crafting cost?

Well, without changes to anything else - 30 = 7 mins real time, give or take. There's other timer settings that might mess that up - day/night cycles, etc...

how approximately long it takes to reach 30 "ticks a second" so I can set the ini files for it to be longer. I want it to be around 2.5 minutes per pearl

@Crazy Boy: The game uses it's own internal timer / ticks a second. The lower the number in the file, the faster it will go.

@Berak - they should.. they are internal hard coded numbers from Ark, which runs floating decimals all over the place.

2020 has been hard on every family out there, mine no exception. I had been putting off working on projects mainly due to laziness and then lack of time on my part. I am sorry for that, those two are my own faults, but it seems 2020 wasn't done kicking me in the nads yet:

I am posting this to let everyone know that my raw editable files for my projects all got destroyed, and there is no way to use the files that have been uploaded to recreate them the same. I have to start over on ALL my projects.

As it sits, I have to - not by choice - abandon these mods in their current forms in order to create all new ones to replace them. (unless something amazing changes in the future in the mod creating software). I will be spending a ton of time trying to salvage as much as I can from the mods first before I throw in the towel and start over, hopefully there is some hidden way to reuse what I have.

@Cryptfeen it wont start making black pearls until it's finished processing all of the stone, so dumping in 11k stone is going to take you a long time. I tend to put in 100 per plot at a time.

I,m a little confused with this mod. i have the setting at below just to see what i,m doing wrong and i cannot get any black pearls. i have 11k stone and 183 pearls and its been running about a day now. i am on a private server that i am renting. please help me.

@Kham thanks you, I assumed it was so but didn't notice any changes to the time. Come to find out the ini file keeps resetting back to default numbers for some reason. It weird because its only happening with this mod the rest are fine with changing timers and what not.

Smaller numbers = faster.

Awesome, wasn't sure how it worked but now I know the Ark hard coded timer is 1=13IRL seconds so I can work with that <3

@ Eleros : the timer is based on an internal (ARK hard coded) timer. Can't change it, they can though. All I can do is use a multiplier against it giving some control. So lower number, faster completion.

On a completely related note: I have no idea if this is just me but setting WhitePearlTimer to =1 equates to 13 seconds until completion. Is this meant to happen?

Just asking @CFrankie if it's possible, but I am confused as to the time, is this 30 seconds for WhitePearlTimer? I have left it for about 2 minutes with no return so I am assuming minutes, in which case I'll change to what I prefer :3
Just as a heads up, if you could mention time specific to seconds, minutes, hours of even days (god I hope not :P) Then (at least) I would be greatly appreciative for easier integration <3

@GodOfSkittles mods don't to add settings by default, you just add it manually to the end of the file if you want to override any settings.
