I always really liked this mod and i tried it after reinstalling the game, but the buildings weren't appearing. I fixed it by going into blocks.lua and making the shape for "Colony Core" SEED_3 instead of GEM_3. I'm not sure when this change happened, but i also can't remember if the mod even had buildings years ago.

It's a nice vanilla-adjacent faction, the only real downside is the starting ship is nasty to play as. It takes a bit to get going.

So the new update is live, many balancing changes (mostly buffs) have occured, as many of the smaller weapons were too weak for their P cost. I've added 1 medium and 1 large autofire weapon in this patch. I hope you are satisfied, if not, just message me with thoughts / concerns.

Alright, I'll add a couple of larger turreted weapons. I understand that the auto-fire weapons available at the moment are small and require design spam. So yeah, expect an updade with this in a day or two. And as always, thanks for the feedback.

I must say, all the small weapons seem pretty sub-par. And not because of the energy costs, mostly because of the burst features. For most of them (I have not tried the Peace Keeper and presume it is decent), the fire rate is either awful because they have a weird cooldown effect that can render them useless in early game situations, or the damage requires a lot of design spam. If you could add one or two turreted auto weapons that cost a lot of energy for balancing, but don't have burst or weird cooldowns that would be greatly appreciated. If not, thats fine too.

Telespawn is a factory behaviour which instantly builds the child ship instead of gradual assembly. For some strange reason ships built this way cost zero resource to make. This was replaced with default factory behaviour.

Hi there, the telespawn was removed in the fist patch, sorry to say :) . It was removed when I discovered that TELESPAWN does not actually consume resources. Thank you for noticing.

You know that telespawn feature make the game ULTRA easy?
You only need to collect the R needed once, after that, no ship you produce will ever reduce your current amount! (Until arthur patch this (if he will))
